Starter hanging?

Question:
I have noticed that for the past few weeks when i start the engine, the ignitions is "hanging" like trying to start, this has only happened a few times, but now today went to beep the horn no sound at all, banged it and nothing. It is a Renault Clio 2003. Anyone with any ideas? Thanks for taking the time !

ignition switch is probably going out or possibly the wire that hooks to the side of the starter could be loose.(not getting good connection)

sounds like the soleonoid on the starter is going bad and your horn problem is probably a blown fuse.
