hi i have a opel corsa 98 and the oil is pissing out of a little thing on the engine?
Try checking to see if your battery cables are tight.Alternator??
Well since you say you got spark and you said you checked your fuel pump thats a good start. But have you checked your fuel pressure on valve that the right fuel rail have?it should have at least 45 to 60lb of pressure. It wont be your alternator because that takes over after the car is running. How is your battery is it fully charged?By the way is it TPI of TBI?
sounds like water in fuel to be sure try some starting fluid thru the air intake if it starts then put in some heet and hope for the best
How can you remove smoke film from a car window? I have tried everything!!?
i think you said the fuel pump is working because you smell fuel have you really checked the fuel pump you should hear the fuel pump run for a couple of seconds after you turn the switch to the on position if you cant hear it then more than likely the pump is bad .the electric fuel pump is in the gas tankalso to check the timing chain make sure the #1 cylinder is at top position then remove the dist cap make sure rotor is pointing to #1 plug wire this will tell you if it is in time or close enough to start.
the rotor can turn and still be out of time .
as a timing belt or chain can jump a notch or two with out breaking .
you can use starting fluid to start the engine however it is not real likely you picked up enough water to keep it from starting be very careful with starting fluid as a very small amount is all that is needed wd40 will also work instead of starting fluid with out the risk of engine damage
best wishes
