Why does the left flasher on my 2002 MAZDA MPV work only intermittently? The bulb isn't blown.?

Also, does anyone know how to change the right front signal light bulb and the right fog light bulb? I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER MAZDA AGAIN!!

My Air Conditioner for my car isn't cold, I think that I have too much refrigerant in my pipe, it's on Danger.

its probably the flasher is about ready to go.as far as changing the bulb,iam just guessing,can you reach up under the bumper to get it,or maybe you have to take the whole lens out.i dont blame you,for not getting another mazda.they are so hard to work on.ive worked on them before and i said a few choice words myself.
