Have it buffed. It should cost about $100 and the company that got paint on your car should pay for it.try some thinner.rub lightly on it,so you dont mar the paint, and see if that removes it.
Go to a paint store that has an automotive paint dept. Get some 1000 grit wet/dry sandpaper and wet sand the entire finish till the overspray is completely gone. Its very fine, used to color sand new paint jobs to take out the orange peel effect. Then follow it afterwards with some finer grit 1200 or 1500. After that use an electic polisher with fine liquid compount. Will look like a show car, better than new. If you don't know how to handle a buffer, you can hand rub, but it will take some time.

If they still don't come out then you can try a Cut Polish as the specs would only be on your clearcoat. This will remove debris and hairline scratches in your clearcoat.
