Well your problem is in the drivetrain and you need to change all the filters or all of the gaskets will explode. As for the sparkplug yo should get some windshield wiper fluid and give it a bath. Make sure the heat shield is hot and working properly. I've done this a million times your car will run like new.

I'd say go have new gaskets installed, or do it yerself, if you know how! Gee! 150,000 miles!!??!
