Answers:

When i take my car for inspection in two years can i pass with window tint under 35% in the front windows?

A Sebring LX or LXi uses the 5x114.3 bolt pattern. The JX and JXi use 5x100. The convertible is only found in JX or JXi flavors if I recall correctly but there should be some sort of badge on the trunklid to confirm. Have your friend check.
