I just bought a remote locking system off flea bay for about £25. You just connect it into your existing system (wiring diagram supplied) and hey presto. Mine even came with 2 flick out key fobs, a warning flasher and if you want, you can add a beeper to it so you get an audible alarm when you lock/unlock, or use the "find me" mode.

You can get central locking fitted to your car via a fob. Usually this can be done by fitting an alarm system. This doesnt have to be an expensive alarm system though. It would just involve them having to fit one motor to your drivers door and an alarm reciever. Either ultrasonic or infrared. Usually in car entertainment centres can hook you up with someone that can do it if they dont fit them themselves.
