Clio doors squeak when unlocked?

Question:
My Clio is a T reg Renault Clio Alize and when i unlock the car using the central locking one of the doors squeaks quite badly, I have looked at the mechanism without removing and fitting but it looks as though I need a special screwdriver to remove the lock, How can I stop it squeaking?
