That sounds like a VERY GOOD price if I understood correctly. In fact, it is TOO GOOD to be true. I would question the quality of the rebuild. Is that the price to remove and REBUILD and replace? Or is it to remove and REPLACE with a rebuilt unit?Can your car battery die if you give someone a jump?

Sounds about right for where I live.that is a good price for three years ,which should be 3-36.000 most warranty is 12.000 miles , you can do 36.000 miles in 18months or ebven one year depending where you are . whenever it is done it is a fair price

If you're driving a 11 year old car, its probably hard on your wallet to part with $1400. So here is some advice: 99% of transmissions will not fail in 3 years time. BUT They will fail in the first 25 miles if the company rebuilt or assembled it wrong. So that is where the warranty comes in handy.
