How do i take my steering wheel off?

I bought a vk calais the other day and the indicator stick broke on it.. problem the old owner put a racing wheel on it and i have tried taking it off but cant (yes i have taken that big nut out of the middle) can anyone help

you will need a steering wheel puller,the steering wheel fits on tapered splines the nut pulls the wheel down onto the splines to take any slack out .Any auto parts store should have a steering wheel puller

You need to rent from the local auto parts store, a wheel puller. these are used to remove steering wheels. A second method that i have used is to grab the wheel at the 3 and 9 o'clock position and rock the wheel back and fourth while pulling at the same time. This could take 2 to 3 minutes but does work.
