I have a 2001 Ford Windstar and it justs dies while driving. I let it sit for a sec and starts again. any help

I have taken it to the shop for diagnostic and they can't find the problem. The van will run for a while maybe 300 miles or so then just die again. Any suggestions

This is an easy problem to diag ... a scan tool and mobile scope and take it for a test drive ... need to see what is happening to all the vehicles sensors, fuel pump etc when it dies is the fuel pump loosing signal is their a sensor that is failing after it warms up ... Something or somethings are causing it to die it would be easy being its an OBII for any shop to trouble shoot the problem a real shop could do this in an hr or so.

sounds like you have dirt in the fue line, it will come to the top,causing a vaccum, after the car cools off the vaccum stops. letting the car start again.
