well i dont know your type of vehicle and that is mainly what it would depend on. hondas have been known to last up to 300k with nothing done. diesel vehicles up to 600k before they have to be worked on. personally i drive a 1988 jeep wrangler, everything is original and has never had anything more serious than brakes done to it and i have just over 200 k on it. so... it depends on the vehicle.
