I want to hook up a bunch of neon and strobes to my car and all my friends are saying to hook it up directly to a car battery and install switches to each light. how would i go about wiring stuff directly from the battery?

hook them to the battery, then put in a fuse or circuit breaker, the switch, the lights, and ground the lights. good luckYou can run a wire from your battery but be sure and put in an in-line fuse. Maybe have someone help you that has done this. You don't need to ruin some electronic stuff.
