This crazy holley 750 dbl pumper?

can someone tell me whats wrong this carb has been freshly rebuilt but my prob is if i am cruising and ive it a bit of a punch it hesitates for maybe 1/2 sec. then it screams like crazy has anyone else had the same problem this is on a ford 302 motor with e-303 cam and1.7rr

It sounds like an accelerator pump problem. If it doesn't stumble off the line, it may be the rear accelerator pump. I have a 750 on my 351W.
