2002 s-10 LS 4X4 extended cab blowing warm to hot air even though its turned off.?

Question:
If I have the heat/AC knob in the OFF position and the fan knob off/far left position and temp knob to cold, it still blows warm to hot air out of the floor vents? Off should be OFF in my book. Does anyone have a fix for this?

Sounds like the air blend door is stuck. Depending on whether the system is cable or vacuum operated will depend on the fix. Go by your local library and check out a Chilton manuel for your car, and that will tell you not only what type of system you have, but where it is all located so you have an idea of where to look.
