2000 Dodge Ram 1500 Transfer case leak?

Question:
I have a 2000 dodge ram 1500 4x4 with a 318, it has 100,000 miles. My transfer case has started leaking right in the middle of the case where the two sections connect. Is there a gasket in there or something else?

I don't have one, but there will be either a gasket, or "o" ring between the mating surfaces...you might try testing the bolts first to see if they have loosened up first, but don't overtighten.

Passing time...just put a clear coat of nail polish on...letting it dry...any one word answers out there . . ?

if not loose, try the gasket/"o" ring.

Plz help me in this...?

Is it where the transfer case meets the trans? If so, there is a seal on the trans and a seal on the transfer case. If you mean it is leaking between the case halves, there is a sealant used to seal the case halves, which means the t-case will have to be torn down and resealed (rtv would work).
