Unless your a friend of the body shop owner I don't think you will find any shop that will allow that. Most shops will not let you bring parts in unless it is for a classic. You might be able to find good used parts at the junk yard then install them your self. Then just have the complete car painted. You might ask someone (I would check with my mechanic first) if they know of someone that works out of there home. But be careful you can give away a lot of money fast. I wouldn't think a 1990 vehicle would be worth more than $500.00 in the first place. You might be better served to take your money and buy another newer car...Good luck...

1999 Toyota Camry's engine shaking?

are You willing to INVEST $2500 in a car (1990) that "somebody" wreck it ??
the body shop is very low in that pricing.
if You go buy the parts Your self will cost you close to that amount ( if You find it)
