On a Massey Ferguson 135 tractor how do I check the Diesel Fuel Pump Timing?

The engine is a three cylinder Perkins engine.

on the side of the inj.pump there should be a cover w/2 small screws holding it on remove the cover then line up the two marks behind the cover by hand cranking the engine when they are aligned look at the pulley on the front of the engine(bottom one)the small mark on the pulley should be lined up w/the raised line on the front cover if not turn engine 180 degrees to align marks in pump then check front pulley
