I have had my pocket bike for a year and i have had starting problems ever since.?

Question:
When i bought my pocket bike my dad put too much oil in it and ever since i have to hold on the electric started for 7 seconds to get it started and it turns off if i let it go of the gas for more than 5 seconds. The bike also never started manually, i have tried but it never works. What is the problem?

Change the spark plug. Make sure the crankcase oil is the recommended fill level.
