The handbook will be a grey over white book and in the maintenance section it will explain which oil to use.
Here's a shortcut though............10w40 semi synthetic oil is the best oil to use in the engine either it be a K10,K11 or the most uptodate K12 Micra, Your chassis number will start sjn***K12U0000000 if its a K12 and if its an earlier model it will be similar.
