Buy extended warranty for 2000 Avalon?

i take it you have pulled the original big block? if so get a zz572 crate engine from scoggin/dickey. hey with a very streetable 800hp, you won't need a s/c or turbo, leave that for the rice burners!

I need to buy a used car for my daughter for college. We need lowest price for the most reliable. Any?

Stock engine.
It's worth more that way.

Can anyone tell me who can repair a zipper in my camper trailer door in the Beenleigh district.?

Wow! You have a Yenko Camaro!! Only my opinion but I think I would opt for an original Yenko. I know that's probably a tall order but think of the value of having something like that. Otherwise I'd shoot for a turbo of some sort. As I said, only my opinion.

Gotten tired of your Chevelle already?

Where can i send a car picture to get it looked at.?

It would be foolish to put anything but the original engine back into a Yenko Camaro. They're worth a fortune in original condition.

leave the 427 in the yenko and leave it alone unless you want to devalue it big time.

Someone tell me how to adjust the governer on my vehicle?

Don Yenko's Camaros were equipped with a 427ci L-72 in them with either an M21 or M22 transmission. The horsepower was rated at 423hp.
Buyers of the car had the option of either the M-21 four speed or the Turbo Hydramatic 400 automatic transmission. A total of 201 cars were sold in 1969
For 1969, the dealership worked with Chevrolet to have the L-72 engines installed on the factory assembly line using a Central Office Production Order, or COPO. The orders included power disc brakes, a 4.10 Positraction rear end, a stronger front stabilizer, and a heavy-duty 4-core aluminum radiator. Yenko rounded out the visual package with front and rear spoilers, a cowl-induction hood, special "Yenko 427" badges, twin stripes down the flanks and hood, and the sYc (Yenko Super Camaro) badge.

Whats wrong with my car?

to make a yenko you all of these for a true yenco you dont need a turbo or supercharger but i would go with a super more instant hp to wheels

Everytime I put my car in reverse and start backing up, I hear a clunk, clunk, as I back up. What could it be

well if cant get yenko then i agree w/ 427 but not 410 gears 456 if for racing for street 410

Where can i obtain a owners manual for my FORD Escort 1995?

I would keep it original with the 427, and I would prefer the 4 speed Muncie tranny. I would rebuild it, but would prefer to keep it stock. Worth a lot more that way.

I hit a guys truck, while side swiped it and knock the mirror?

Albeit, if I were to add a super-charger of sorts, I would opt for a good turbo system. Sure, supercharger punches 'faster' to the rear meats, but a turbocharger, if set up properly, will give you far more power, and more efficient gains overall throughout the power band of the driveline. I would twin turbo it with a good intercooler. And if you still want that 'instant' punch from a supercharger, I would still stick with a turbo, and maybe toss in a good nitrous system. The combo will kick a superchargers tail all over the street!
