Any HID light is probably the best lighting in the market.
You dont want to buy something cheap, but i dont see a point in buying the piaa 600s ($1500 a kit). For a 30 watt (3000lm) HID lighting system, you should be looking at about $200-$300.
Looks totally have to do with what you like. If you had the money, you can spend upwards of $3000 on a set of tiatanium adjustable beam 20,000lm HIDs, but thats pretty ridiculous.
I have a custom set of carbon fiber fogs on my probe. I have a friend that makes carbon fiber parts at his job, and he made me the housings for free.
I bought two a mccolloch kit system, and it included 2 ballast, 2 ignitors, and 2 3000lm bulbs, and it was $250.
