Basically when I'm driving these past two days it's been 75 outside and it'll run find for a bit, but then if I let off the gas of have to stop or slow down and then go to speed back up it'll chug and it won't accelerate. You'll hear the motor revving like it's trying to speed up, but can't. Instead it seems to drop off. I can't even keep it up to the speed it is currently at. I was at 50mph and it dropped down to 20 even if I had the gas pedal to the floor, or if I let off and push on it normal over and over. Eventually it'll usually go, but it takes forever and I have to pull to the side of the road and keep going until it'll get up to speed again. If I'm at a stop it'll take off, but then only get up to 20 when it is doing this. It takes forever! to get it back up to speed. However it's find in the cold. We changed the fuel filter and fixed a vacuum leak, but it still does this. Any ideas?

Sounds like the Mass Airflow Sensor. Is it setting any codes? Take it to Autozone, they'll scan it for free. I'm betting you'll find a code 34. Same thing happened to my Buick.More Questions & Answers ...
