You drill a threaded hole through the top of the bolt then use a tap to get the bolt out. If you aren't sure go to your local car repair place or Home Depot and tell them you need to remove a stripped bolt and they can show you the correct tools, good luck.What is the bolt attached to? Maybe use a pair of vice Grips assumimg you can get a hold of it..
you failed to say what the bolt is in ! most likely all you need to do is use a cordless drill w/ reverse and a screw extractor and that should be enough to remove the bolt. just take your time and make sure not to use drill at high speed .
