Work the key a bit. Also twist the steering wheel a little. Sometimes they jam against each other.

Your ignition lock cylinder is wearing out. Some oil might help for a while, but eventually it will get worse.I had a similar problem once. I got a new ignition lock cylinder from the Ford dealership. They used the key code to match it to my door locks so that the new keys would still open the doors and trunk.
