1999 camry 90000 mile maintenance?

Question:
My 99' camry is 5000 miles short of its 90k mile checkup. What exactly should I get changed when I take my car in? Any idea on how much this will cost? What are the perils of not taking it in at 90k? Does it matter is I do this in a local workshop or does it need to be done at the dealers? Thanks in advance

My distributor keeps dying. What could cause this?

Plugs, cap, rotor, ign wires If it has an auto tranny do the filter and fluid. THE most important thing is THE TIMING BELT!!! and wile you there do the water pump. It is old and right there and you will save the cost of labor. As for getting done for less then what the dealer will charge Check your local shops for a deal. I found a competent mechanic on craigslist. He charges $30.00 an hour. The dealer charges 2 or 3 times that amount.

If it's not broke, don't try to fix it...A dealer will rip you off.
