Canadian Tire has had some of the worst reputations in the automotive industry, and the Canadian Tires in Calgary have been rated as some of the worst in Canada. I work in a garage so I am my own technician, so taking my truck there is pointless for me. Its not that the technicians who work there are bad, is that the whole orginazation of the setup is a mess, and many things end up getting missed. Some of the greatest technicians have worked/work for them. They also hire anyone who can hold a wrench to do oil changes and tire changes. There has been reports of crime in some cases. W5 (i believe) did a report on this a few years back. See if you can find this, it has a lot of good information on the organization.
