1994 Accord getting barely any heat. Help!?

Question:
Alrite, in my '94 Accord I'm not getting much heat, when i turn it on-even with the engine fully warmed up. the temperature gauge by the speedo is acting strange too. when im driving the needle points to the cold range but when i come to a stop sign/light and sit there the needle raises back up to normal. the car is at 124*** miles.

takeing car to the sheder what do i need?

Sounds like you may have an air lock in the cooling system. Is the vehicle loosing any coolant . Check the water valve and make sure its fully opening . Is the coolant fan saying on . Too many variables to give you a precise answer sorry.
