If it has the orginal ignition switch the dealer could code cut a key from the VIN.On some vehicles its very easy to replace the entire switch . It will come with new keys.

you won't be able to make a good match if it's that worn. you'll have to replace the ignition switch. it'll come with a new key.A good locksmith can take care of that. Note; a car with that many miles may need a new lock cylinder.
