Switching From Conventional Oil to Synthetic?

Question:
Would there be any problems or concerns from switching a engine that has been run with conventional oil to synthetic oil?

Answers:

Air conditioning problems?

Depends mostly on the age and mileage of the car.
Under 30,000miles, and under 3 years old should be fine.

The farther you go in both, the more likley you are to develope leaks.

Dropped a screw inside the vent?

It won't hurt the engine at all, it will help. Just may leak oil out the seals because synthetic generaly has a lower viscosity and molecular bond.

Exterior Electric Mirrors?

Sometimes the synthetic will make worn seals leak some.

But I would say go ahead and try it, see if it makes a difference. I always use synthetic in my cars and truck.

Problem with my brakes i think i have a fiat punto and i was driving?

I'm considering the same thing and my mechanic friend says it will be fine, just to make sure you change the filter as well (of course).

Why car isn't starting?

Dont switch if you have been using regular oil and have over 100K miles, synthetic oil is a detergent oil and will clean out the rings and oil seals. then you will have leaks.

Why & what makes Synthetic engine oil better ?

It'll be fine. That leak thing is just an old wives tale from when synthetic only came in 5W20 and was thinner than other oils. Now you just buy whatever weight you want. All approved motor oils are detergent. Bumbles is about as bright as his picture.
