Vans radiator bubbling??

Question:
next store neighbor bought a van that just had the head gasket replaced there is bubbling and steam coming from the radiator.you can see it bubbling.any ideas on what this mite be and how to fix it?

If it's bubbling when it's cold they messed up the head gasket. They might have done a lousy job or the head might have been warped. Lots of mechanics don't bother to figure out why the gasket blew in the first place. A good shop will have a little device that will tell if it's exhaust gas bubbling up.
