Am putting motor in another vehicle. dont need antitheft system and some of the emission controls. Would prefer to do this myself. I would rather buy the software to do this rather than pay someone else to do it.

Impractical to buy all that. Some performance shops can "flash" the chip would allow you to play around with the standard program and also allow you to boost HP also.
