Remove the brace above the radiator, remove the clips or pins holding the front bumper, there is also a nut you can remove inside the fenderwells that hold the bumper to the fenders. Remove the two long bolts that hold the lamp assemblies , pull down on the bumper and work the assemblies out from behind the bumper. There is no easy way that I know of...Like everything else on this car, you have to remove 10 items to get to the one that you want to work on.

Hard way- properly. they didn't make cars to be easy to change ANYTHING at that time. Have you located the battery yet? In the Stratus you had to remove a wheel to get to it.

well after 2 hours of hell the other day I finmally got it and Chris has the correct answer. You have to take the plastic clips in the wheel well out and pull back the wheel well cover then reach way in and you will see/feel a 10mm nut. Take that nut off and then do as chris mentioned and you wil have it. One thing though dont let the moron at the parts store give you a standard 9006 bulb. Make sure it is a 9006 XS or XJ any way the normal 9006 bulb has a 90 degree bend and will not work the XJ/XS is a straight bulb made for the chrysler.
