for a quick cheap fix unplug the motor for that window until you can get it looked at. sounds like a switch problem.

My car is coming up to be 3 years old, how can you find out when it needs an MOT?

im thinkin its the motor that raises and lowers the window, take it to a mechanic, lethim run some tests to make sure, before you do anything...

When I hit the brakes they vibrate a lot. Whats wrong with my car?

could have a short in a wire in the back door causing power to go to the motor if you hit a bump. Look for trans fluid under your vehicle someplace, you have to be able to see it if it is leaking.

Can you start a 1991 toyota camry if starter is bad?

Something is completing the circuit to activate the motor in the down position. The rear switches are mounted on the rear of the console adjacent to the cup holder for the back seat. Make sure nothing's been spilled (soda, juice, gatorade) on the switch that could cause it to stick or complete the circuit. You may have to disassemble the console, remove and clean the switch and wiring.
