Will I damage my manual transmission if I shift through the gears while sitting at a stoplight?
You might just want to do a car wash and save yourself the frostbite and frozen pipes. Doing it yourself exposes you to the elements, getting wet (and frozen), and turning on your own water which means possibly freezing up and bursting your pipes with the water that settles inside them. A drive-through car wash will probably ring you $4-9, BUT that's chump-change compared to replacing broken valves and getting medical treatment. Besides, your average drive-through will also likely do a better job of washing out the undercarriage, which is where a lot of salt and corrosive brine collects if your area DOT treats the roads for ice.can i put a later model supercharged 3800 into my '96 regal coupe?

Will door speakers get wet in a car wash?

4 degress Celsius? or Farenheit? Makes a big difference...What engine oil do I need for 2 Litre Ford Mondeo GLX (R Reg)?
You should be fine washing your car in 4 degrees Celsius temperature, but it's probably a little cold for you, don't you think?
Just stay indoors if it's 4 degrees Farenheit. It's probably snowing outside anyways...water probably turns into ice within 30 seconds of touching the surface of the car.
I have a 52 plate laguna, What is wrong..?
Going to a car wash is a pretty good idea if you can find one that blows the car dry...otherwise, the water will freeze and turn to ice all over your car. I don't think it will hurt anything...just don't be too surprised to see your car covered with ice after the wash!I'd wait until it warms up a little...Good Luck!
Car horn don,t work in winter.?
No. Unless you have a heated garage. I don't think any car wash would be open in that kind of temperature. Someone answered about it snowing but, it would be too cold to snow at 4 degrees and it would be Fahrenheit if you live in the U.S. Depending on your car, you could end up with broken door handles and windows. if you did end up with frozen door handles or doors, the best way to thaw them is with a space heater or a blow dryer.More Questions & Answers ...
