I have a new civic that recently got 'keyed', any suggestions on how to fix it?

Well does it rev at certain times? I had this problem with my 98 Camaro and it would rev all the time. at stop lights too when i wouldnt do anything, so i went and got my spark plugs changed, and that fixed the problem
