'73 Corvette Brake Problem?

It is emulsified engine oil.
It happens when you do short journeys and the condensation within the engine can't get warm enough to burn off. It mixes with the oil and turns white (the same way emulsion paint is made). Too much of it can block the engine breather pipes and cause problems. Old Fiestas were notorious for it. Give it a good run now and again, and change the oil a bit more often than normal.

Should I paint my manifold or clean it and...?

Check the oil on your dipstick - if it has a brown/creamy texture then you have water in your oil, i.e. there is a possible head gasket leak, or a crack in the cylinder head or engine block.

gasoline is being delivered to throttle boby but not being dispensed by the fuel injector what could be wrong?

Very small amounts are nothing to worry about as they are from moisture inside the engine from starting a cold engine and heating up especially a car which is not used alot thats why manufacturers say change the oil in so many miles or so many months keep your eye on it though and also the water in the cooling system / radiator as if it gets worse and the water goes creamy or starts losing water there could be a head gasket problem or worse a cracked block or head /if you are really worried take it to a garage and they will pressure test the system a quick and easy test

Anybody know why your brake lights would work when your headlights are off, but not when they are on?

you got water in your oil , you may have a head gasket leak , or with luck it may be just condensation , wash with petrol filler cap, remove rubber seal first , check again after a week

What techno said. As long as the oil looks good, you're fine.

1996 Pontiac Grand Prix driver's side power window won't operate--how do I fix it?

It is probably just condensation inside the cam cover, but check for creamy oil on dipstick and keep a close eye on the engine coolant level for a few days, if it is loosing water you may have a head gasket fault.
