how do you wire up a sat nav system leaving the cigaret lighter free?

There are some basic things you should change when you change a clutch in a vehicle. You should change the clutch disc, the pressure plate, and the throw out bearing. You should also resurface the flywheel, but this isn't absolutely neccesary. When reinstalling the throwout bearing, it should be properly lubricated. If you do not, it may squeal like your vehicle is doing. Even if you did lubricate it, you may not have applied enough.

Throw out bearing sounds dry. Hopefully you changed ALL the clutch parts.

is that radiator problem ?

I would agree with the first response. The throw out bearings is dry, perhaps not replaced with the new clutch. I always replace the throw out bearing everytime I replace a clutch, it is cheap insurance.

Did you also change the throwout bearing?

Big-bore exhaust>>>>>>?

Did you replace the clutch assembly yourself or did a mechanic technician do it? It is possible that the throw out bearing has insufficient lubrication and would require the gearbox and clutch to be removed again to grease the input shaft and then reinstall box and clutch. It does happen commonly, just an accidental careless mistake. Not 100% that this is the cause just a possibility. Hope I'm on the right track for ya.

How long do I have to plug in a block heater before driving in this fridged weather?

all the answers sound right but some flywheels also have a spigot bearing for the output shaft of the gearbox, this can also dry and wear out and should be checked and or replaced when doing a clutch. either way it will have to be a gearbox out job.
