Camaro panel replacement?

Question:
I Have a 1968 Camaro and the top of the dash is rusted through. Its where the bottom of the windshield meets the dash on the passenger side corner. Luckily its not eatin through to the body. Is this a common problem? Whats the best way to fix it? Any feedback would be helpful.

Can I get some help with my 1997 Pont. TransAm WS6?

That is common on a lot of the cars from the 60's.
The best way to fix it is fabricate a patch panel & cut out the rust area, weld it in place, then finish it smooth with body filler.
If you don't want to weld in that area, 3m makes an adhesive that will glue the patch to the dash panel.
