1992 jeep cherokee limited will not shift out of first on automatic?

I hope you pre-charged (primed) the lifter by compressing them while submerged in oil before installing.

my new 1995 ford?

If not, you may have to take them back out.

wiper fluid?

ADDED:
There is air trapped in the lower portion of the lifers causing them to compress as they try to open the valves.
DON'T rev up your engine!! You'll throw, or bend a pushrod.

Would a bad head gasket cause the rings to go bad if the vehicle ran out of coolant.?

Oil pump can cause the lifters to tap, but on the engine your talking about valve lash is usually critical. If you haven't doublechecked your work, I say do it. I had one that I had to go over the valve lash 3 times to quiet it down. Its worth the work, they're good little 6's.

How do I remove the rear window of a 2003 chevy pickup?

If you have low oil pressure now after cleaning your top end and replacing those goodies, the pressure ain't enough to keep the lifters pumped up. (If you are using stock hydraulic lifters that is.) The other thing is you may have worn pushrods that are clacking around with the new cam/lifter combo. (Not probable, but possible.)

my toyota impus speedo is intermitantly working ie. it sometimes works wnd sometimes dosent what is wrong with

Does the noise go away when the engine has high revs? Then the lifters ain't getting enough oil pressure. Did you remember to lube everything when you changed it all out? A sticky lifter in a dry bore will make that noise, but not after about 20 miles or so.

to get better gas mile what should I do?

Looks like you tried to add more info, but maybe this is all you need. If not, drop me a line with the rest of the diagnostic info.

What's wrong with my car?

Pull The valve cover of and re-adjust the rocker-arms.Use the following suggestion: I'm assuming you installed hydraulic lifters. Very slowly back off one rocker arm at a time until you hear the clattering / clicking sound. Slowly tighten the lifter till you hear no sound At this time tighten it an additional 1/8 of a turn. Repeat throughout the entire valvetrain. This is a little far fetched I've seen the pressed in rocker studs that have started to pull out of the raised boss where they're pressed in. simply lay a straight edge on the studs to be sure their the same height. If you find a pulled one GM made .001 - .002 over sized press in studs. You may elest to thp the hole and run in a screw in stud with a jam nut

80 f150 302 2bbl ran exc.,then it didnt. Tried everything, but still rough idle. Open-up valve covers now?

More likely worn camshaft...
