If it has a 3.8 engine, it is not too hard UNLESS the engine mount is in the way. If I am not mistaken, you may need to remove the power steering pump to get one of the bolts. If it is a 3.1, it is extremely easy. Just need to remove the belt, the water pump pulley, and 5 small bolts.
