I have a chevy blazer and my check engine blinks at least 18 times what could be the problem?

I would look to be in the 3500 Rpm range. With a cam that big your power band is going to be it the high Rpm's. Sounds like you have a good combo going though. I personally don't like that much lift because it increases valve slap at high Rpm's. I have found that increasing the duration of the lift instead of the amount of lift makes better power for a street driven car. Hope I have been helpful.

with 89 deville not running coolant drains out from the rear of engine?

Contact the company that manufactured your cam and tell them your set up as well as vehicle weight and what the car will be used for street or strictly race they will be able to recommend the best set up and its usually free service .
