I found one for sale at a garage sale about 2 years ago. It fit my car, so I paid the $3 they were asking and decided to try it. I certainly wouldn't have paid the original $30 for it. But anyway, after having it in my car for about 2 months. I noticed about 1-2mpg better in town and maybe 3-4mpg more down the highway. So, I don't know if it would be worth the money, but you can try it if you want.
