You should have the codes read to make sure something isn't still wrong. You can disconnect the battery for a 1/2 hour to see if it clears.

you dont say what engine.. if it is the single cam eng then removing the battery terminal will do it .. if its the twin cam engine then a scan tool is needed to clear any codes ....good luck.
