Car battery ?

Did you do the thermostat when you did the radiator, should be standard practice, it is easy to test, take the thermostat out when cold hang on a wire in a pot of boiling ware , it should open up,
if it doesnt, and you better pray it doesnt, replace it .
If it does open then get a compression leak test done , this is done with a device that fits in the top of the radiator, you lower your coolant level so the device doesnt go into the water, start the engine and load it up by putting handbrake on and putting in gear and ride the cluth a little or with an auto put in drive and slight excelorate, if the fluid in the device changes color then your head gasket is leaking. another test to do if you cannot find a garage with this device.
fill radiator to overflowing and start engine, run in same way as other test (loaded) and look for bubbles in the coolant , bubbles means compression leaks =headgasket blown
Also check fan belt tight and no leaks from waterpump Checked with radiator cap on

brakes still going shhhhh shhhhhhh when i push them w/ no pressure i cant get the air out why??

neeeds a new thermostat ?

What things should be done in a tune-up for 93 Geo metro.?

If you've put a new radiator in, other reasons for overheating would be a faulty thermostat or a blown head gasket

can a bad brake booster trigger check engine light. or would it be more likely a brake switch?

Get out the car its gonna blow

I would say its possible that there is still air trapped in the system, IF the radiator change was recently done. Other than that I would look at the thermostat and if thats ok then I would replace the water pump. If its neither of those then you would look at the engine fan. If its none of those then its a faulty radiator.

the water pump is another possibility, check the system for leaks...

Desiel fuel in a gasoline hemi engine. How do you fix that?

It sounds like the water pump. The thermostat controls when the radiator fans turn on. I would look for a copy of the shop manual by helms and go through the troubleshooting steps in the cooling system section or just take it to a trustworthy shop. The manual will be very helpful for future problems as well. Do not get the one published by haynes.

put oil in car small fire from spill cleaned engine anything else i need to do car runs fine?

If it overheated before, then the head gasket is most probably shot. Aluminum heads cannot take the heat nearly as well as cast iron.

Is there an oil additve to quiet engine tapping?

That may have been your problem in the first place. A garage can pressure check the system, or check for fuel deposits in the radiator coolant to find out if it is bad.
