You first need to move any of the tubing and such that might run over top of the cover...LABEL EVERYTHING! Then you use a socket or nut driver etc. to remove the bolts holding it on. Gently pry up with a bar or screwdriver to break the seal betweeen the cover and the head. Scrape the head and cover to remove excess gasket material. Apply new gasket as per directions.
