Answers:

I have a question related to my car making a noise when I start it in the mornings.?

It depnds on the rim system used on the particular tractor. If it is stock or not and the year. There are power adjust and manual adjust. With power adjust you need to loosen the nuts holding the anchors and use the trans and brake to turn the inner hub of the wheel to the position you want. With the manual adjust the process varies depending on which of the various types you have.

my trans sounds and drives as if it were stuck in low gear. isa 89devilleFWD and i dont want to do an overhaul

The center of the wheels are off-set. Turn them around.
