I have just bought a Ford Ka but there is only one key. How do I get a spare key?

pop the hood, look at the back of the head light, there should be at least one socket where the wire runs into the lamp, you can turn this or it may snap in, then pull out the bulb put the new one in - try and not touch it with your fingers, the put it back in. the only hard part will be getting to come out of the lamp sometimes they get stuck and can be hard to turn or pop out

What is wrong with my Plymouth Voyager?

Turn the bulb holder on the back of the housing 1/4 turn and jiggle and pull out.

how long does it take to fix a car that got rear ended?

You need to replace the light or the lens is broken. If it is the light you need to lift the hood and find the back of your headlight housing. There should be a white looking fitting with wires, that is your light. you can twist it with your hand and it will come out of the headlight housing/lens. Unplug the halogen light from the connector and replace with a new one and twist it back into place. If it is broken you may have a cracked lens that lets water into the housing and the lamp breaks because the water splashes on it and the sudden change of temp bursts the light.
