Got a 1985 blazers-10 4 wheel drive it wont go into 4 wheel drive because the auto matic hubs wont lock in?

i put it in 4 wheel drive high the tranalxe wors but the hubs wont lock in 4 wheel drive i like to findout of anyone can tell me how to fix it

I think the hubs are vacuum operated. There should be a vacuum line going to the front axle. Check for cracks or leaks.
