What's causing my Neon to stall?
It depends on what kind of car you have. Honda's for example can last a long time without changing the timing belt. You should definetely start looking into changing it soon though, 92,000 is up there.I need a mechanic to answer this, or someone whos good with cars?
Replacing the timing belt couldn't "hurt", but I've never replaced one until I absolutely had to.My 1980 Bronco 6 cylender engine just started dieseling...how do I fix it?
Your air conditioning likely needs to be recharged if your car isn't getting cool enough for you.
Well...you'll need to check the tension and wear on the belt..I would say replace it...it is cheaper than the alternative...if the belt lets go while you are driving you run the risk of wrecking your lifters, valves, cam and rings...big money to fix then...still a little pricey now, but much better than the alternative.
So those fuel injector cleaners you add to your gas tank really do anything?
You will have to gas the puppy...replace the actual thermostate for the radiator if you need to (cheap) but recharging the A/C is a simple bet...use the appropriate refridgerant with a sealer in the gas to plug any minor (and I do mean minor) leaks in the system...this is also relatively inexensive...however...if she is running good still...this is an investment in a god car and you shouldn't worry about spending some cash to keep 'er up.
